Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dispatch and Packing Team Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Packing and Logistic. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that all goods are packed securely and shipped according to schedule, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Inspects products prior to packaging and returns rejected products to production departments
Observes packaging operations.
Starts, adjusts, and repairs packaging machinery, or notifies Technical
Analyse and determine all standards for packaging limes and ensure compliance to all schedule for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively
Ensure Training documents are updated and maintained.
Monitor and recommend improvements to process and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively
Coordinate with quality to monitor everyday activities of units and ensure efficient working.
Ensure correct labelling, documentation is completed for all shipments.
Performs other duties as described
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a dispatch, packing
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and develop a team.
Attention to detail
Experience and clear understanding of shipping and dispatch processes.

Pay: From £29,000.00 per year
