Full job description

The Godfrey Group is looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Multi-Site Housekeeping Manager to support our contract cleaning operations across 2 of holiday parks.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional cleaning standards and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee housekeeping operations across multiple holiday park locations.
Lead, motivate, and support Supervisors, Checkers, and Cleaning Teams.
Ensure both parks consistently meet company and client cleaning standards.
Carry out regular site visits, audits, and quality inspections.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Monitor labour costs, productivity, and staffing levels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with holiday park management teams.
Investigate complaints and implement effective action plans.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and company procedures.
Assist with mobilisation of new contracts and provide operational support where required.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience managing housekeeping within hotels, holiday parks, or contract cleaning.
Experience managing multiple sites is desirable.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to solve problems quickly.
Full UK driving licence and own transport
Is computer literate, with basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
