Governors seek the following appointment for September 2026

Reprographics Assistant

Salary – NJC Grade 4, SCP 5-6 (£25,583 - £25,989 pro rata) £17,818 - £18,101 actual

Hours per week – 30 hours per week, job share considered

Weeks Per Year – Term Time plus 5 INSET days

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional, highly organised and self-motivated Administrator to provide a whole college printing and photocopying service for staff and students.

This is a busy role with a strong focus on organisational skills, attention to detail and communication.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

· Monitor and maintain stocks of AV equipment and other consumables to ensure equipment is readily available for staff when required.

· Draft and design of printed materials e.g. certificates for approval by the Principal, Senior Leaders or

Heads of Department.

· Compile booklets and documents to support student learning as requested by staff.

· Clean and maintain copy machines and other equipment; liaise with maintenance contractors as

necessary.

· Maintain an awareness of and advise colleagues of copyright regulations.

· Take and reproduce photographs for promotions and to document activities in and out of school.

· Work in line with GDPR and Safeguarding requirements – handling confidential and sensitive data

and documents.

Key Skills and Attributes:

· Experience of working in a school or educational setting would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.

· Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, are essential

· Excellent verbal & written communication skills

· Willingness to support other support staff as required
