Full job description

We are currently seeking dedicated and responsible and experience Self Employed Trade Plate Drivers to join our clients growing team.

Job Description:

As a Trade Plate, Vehicle Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the delivery of vehicles safely and promptly to various locations across the UK, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cars and also driving, who also enjoy flexible working hours, and value a dynamic working environment.

Full Time and Part Time roles available

For this particular role we are looking for a driver based in or around Sheffield

Key Responsibilities:

Safely deliver customer vehicles to designated locations within the scheduled timeframe.
Conduct pre-delivery and post-delivery inspections of vehicles.
Communicate effectively with the team and customers to provide updates on delivery status.
Ensure all documentation are accurately completed.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the delivery vehicle.

Requirements:

A valid UK driver’s license with no more than 3 points for minor offences
Minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A recent DBS or be willing to apply for a DBS as part of your onboarding
Trade Plate experience is preferred but a passion for driving is paramount
Driver must have their own driveway at home address as you will be required to bring vehicles home with you
