Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House team member to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, making it an enjoyable experience for all.

Duties

Greet and welcome all residents and guests as they enter the Beckett community, providing a friendly and positive first impression.
Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house areas.
Handle transactions and process payments with basic maths skills.
Provide assistance to our residents, ensuring their needs are met promptly..

Skills

Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining high service standards.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition to engage positively with customers.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Ability to work well in a team environment while also being capable of taking initiative when required.
