We're looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our production team as Dispatch and Production Operators.

About the Role

As a Dispatch Operator, you'll be the final link in our production chain, checking, packing, and preparing products for delivery with the highest attention to detail. You'll coordinate with production teams to ensure goods leave the factory efficiently and on schedule.

As a Production Operative in our Large Format team, you'll use your technical expertise to produce high-quality printed materials, from perfectly stitched books to large-format posters, ensuring precision and excellence every time.

What We Offer

Real Living Wage Employer
Salary starting dependent on experience:
- Dispatch - 24/7 Continental (DuPont) shifts pay between £13.45 & £23.09 per hour (approx. £29,983 - £51,473 per year) for 12:15 hour day and night shifts across a 4-week cycle, averaging 42.87 hours per week, with 7 consecutive days off during the cycle.
- Large Format - Double Days shifts starting at £13.45 per hour (approx. £29,724 per year) for 8:30 hour morning and afternoon shifts across a 2 weeks cycle (Monday to Friday) 42.5 hours per week

Weekly pay with overtime opportunities at time and a third (1.33%)
Permanent and temporary contracts available

Shift Pattern

24/7 DuPont/Continental Shift

Rotating 12.15-hour day and night shifts
4-week repeating cycle averaging 42.87 hours per week
Includes a 7-day rest period every 4 weeks

Example rotation:

Week 1: 4 night shifts, 3 days off
Week 2: 3 day shifts, 1 day off, 3 night shifts
Week 3: 3 days off, 4 day shifts
Week 4: 7 days off

Double Days

Monday to Friday
2-week repeating cycle 42.5 hours per week

Example rotation

Week 1: Mornings 6AM-2:30PM
Week 2: Afternoons 2:30PM-11PM

Willingness to work either 8-hour or 12-hour shifts depending on role
