We’re looking for a Trainee Property Consultant to join our team in Caernarfon. As part of the role you’ll deliver exceptional service to our customers; estate agency experience is not essential as you'll go through a full training process but previous customer-facing roles would be desirable. A key part of the position will be customer viewings, a full UK driving license is therefore essential.

The role is a full-time position Monday-Friday (8:45 am – 5:30 pm) and on a rota Saturday (9:00 am – 4:00 pm)

What will you do:

You will provide our customers with fantastic service by guiding them through their property journey
You will carry out accompanied viewings and provide feedback to all relevant parties
You will negotiate offers on behalf of our customers
You will fully qualify applicants and help them find that perfect home
You will be booking valuations so that we can value their home

Who you are:

You have an excellent telephone manner
You are a clear communicator and take pride in your work
You have a full driving license, which is an essential part of the role
You have enthusiasm and passion for what you do
You have solid IT skills and use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
