In the Manufacturing team at JLR’s Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC), you’ll help power iconic electric cars. As a Senior Production Leader, you'll play a key role in launching, developing and optimising production operations within our Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre. This is an opportunity to push boundaries, embrace change and make a visible impact while continuously growing and developing your leadership capability alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.

This is a highly influential leadership role where you'll bring people, processes and performance together to deliver world-class manufacturing outcomes. Here's what to expect:

Leading, coaching and developing Process Leaders, Team Leaders and associates to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and environmental objectives
Owning daily, weekly and monthly operational performance reporting, providing clear insights and driving actions that deliver results
Coordinating production activities and resources to ensure operational priorities, customer requirements and production schedules are achieved
Championing continuous improvement activities, identifying constraints and implementing sustainable solutions that enhance performance.
Ensuring compliance with manufacturing, quality and safety operating systems while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Demonstrating leadership experience within high-volume or complex manufacturing environments
Applying a strong understanding of production operations, safety systems and operational performance management
Using excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills to deliver effective outcomes
Developing teams through coaching, mentoring, workforce planning and performance leadership
Bringing knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA, CCAR or similar approaches
