Front Office Treasury Analyst

Department: Group Treasury

Reports to: Head of Front Office Treasury

Location: London

Role Purpose

Support the execution of front-office treasury operations, including monitoring liquidity, executing transactions, preparing valuations, and maintaining banking relationships. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in financial markets and corporate treasury.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and report on daily cash positions across group entities.
Support short- and medium-term cash forecasting processes.
Execute treasury transactions (e.g., FX spots, forwards, swaps, loans).
Assist in preparing mark-to-market valuations and ensure accounting alignment.
Support investment of surplus cash and monitor funding costs.
Help maintain bank relationships and assist in negotiations.
Ensure trade and counterparty compliance with treasury policies.
Provide market insights to support strategic funding decisions.

Essential Experience:

1–3 years’ experience in a corporate treasury or finance role.
Exposure to dealing platforms and treasury operations (Bloomberg, 360T, etc.).

Skills & Competencies:

High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills.
Good communication and relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications:

Degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
