Lyfe Health is growing, and we are looking for an ambitious Graduate MSK Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our beautiful health and wellbeing centre in Bournemouth.
You will develop a varied private MSK caseload with structured mentoring, supervised clinical development and practical support from experienced Senior and Consultant Physiotherapists.

Key responsibilities
You will:
- Assess and treat a varied private MSK caseload
- Understand each client’s goals before recommending treatment
- Create clear, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Explain assessment findings, treatment options and next steps clearly
- Design and progress individualised rehabilitation programmes
- Use objective measures and regular reassessment to demonstrate progress
- Manage the full client journey from initial assessment to discharge
- Build trusted and lasting relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
- Take ownership of your caseload, standards and commitments
- Participate in case reviews and clinical training
- Refer appropriately and collaborate with the wider team
- Recommend relevant services where they genuinely benefit the client
- Deliver a warm, personal and professional client experience
Your level of autonomy will increase as your skills and confidence develop.
About you
We are looking for someone who is warm, ambitious and accountable, puts clients first and wants to become an excellent MSK clinician.
You will need:
- A BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration required before starting employment. UK graduates awaiting confirmation of registration may apply.
- CSP membership, or eligibility to join before starting
- The right to work in the UK : Applicants must have valid permission to work in the UK
- A genuine interest in MSK physiotherapy
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A curious and thorough approach to assessment
- An interest in education, evidence and measurable outcomes
- A professional, organised and accountable approach
- A willingness to ask questions and respond positively to feedback
- The confidence to raise concerns and help resolve problems
- The ability to work collaboratively across different clinical disciplines
- Ambition to improve outcomes for clients, the team and Lyfe Health
- An understanding that excellent care must be delivered within a sustainable healthcare business
Previous MSK placement experience would be beneficial, but we are primarily looking for clinical potential, warmth, curiosity and a genuine commitment to the Lyfe Health approach.
You are not expected to have experience in all our specialist services or technology. Full training and support will be provided.

Salary and benefits
- Total earning potential of up to £43,000
- £30,000–£38,000 FTE basic salary, depending on experience and agreed shifts
- Performance-related bonus of up to £4,800 per year

Working pattern
This is a full-time role operating across a flexible rota, including agreed evening and weekend working.
Additional payments are available for qualifying peak-time commitments.
