Location: Trowbridge, Wiltshire
Salary: £40,000 £50,000 (DOE) plus discretionary quarterly bonuses
Hybrid Working: Yes
Qualifications: Diploma qualified (Level 4)

The Opportunity

An award-winning, forward-thinking wealth management firm is seeking a Technical Paraplanner to join its team in Trowbridge. The business prides itself on putting clients at the heart of everything it does, while also creating a supportive and collaborative environment for its people.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to consultants ahead of client meetings.
Prepare compliant, technical suitability reports and Financial Life Plan reports.
Carry out annual client reviews.
Undertake technical research and analyse client data.
Accurately process investments in line with consultants recommendations.
Liaise with clients post-meetings to answer technical queries.
Identify investment and tax-saving opportunities for clients.
Manage and prioritise workload effectively.
Evaluate investment portfolios with consultants.
Work closely with the wider Service Team.

Candidate Profile

Level 4 Diploma qualified.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Paraplanner.
Strong IT skills, including MS Word and Excel, plus familiarity with back-office systems.
Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills.
Flexible, organised, and able to work well under pressure to deadlines.
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
