Summary

We are seeking a Production Technician to join our team in Evesham. In this role, you will safely and reliably carry out production activities within a defined area, following standard work and under appropriate supervision, while building technical competence.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment and processes in line with standard operating procedures
Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards at all times
Complete basic quality checks and record production data accurately
Escalate issues, defects, or equipment concerns promptly
Participate in training and on‑the‑job learning

Qualifications

Basic understanding of production processes
Ability to follow instructions and standard work
Good attention to detail and reliability
Developing technical and problem‑solving skills

Hours of Work

We are looking for candidates for our Night Shift, working 10pm-6am Monday to Thursday & 8pm to 3am on Friday.

You will work fixed shifts.

Team members working night shift will receive an additional £260 per month shift allowance.
