About The Role

Shift Pattern: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday Nights only (19:15 - 07:15)
Hourly Rate: £16.00 (paid weekly)

This is a 6 month fixed-term contract with the potential to go permanent.

Life as an AMFRESH Line Leader:

You will drive production lines to meet daily orders efficiently
You will ensure products are produced and packaged safely.
You will motivate and develop your team to hit targets.
You will liaise with Quality and Technical teams to maintain standards.
You will uphold Health and Safety and report hazards.
You will manage General Operatives to follow line standards.
You will help train new starters, including Junior Line Leaders.
You will complete daily admin, track targets, and report issues.

About You

- To be a successful Line Leader, the qualities we are looking for are:
  
  Previous line leader/manager experience
  
  Strong attention to detail with good KPI awareness.
  
  Quick decision-maker who adapts well under pressure.
  
  Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
  
  Food/FMCG production experience or eagerness to learn.
