As a Store Manager Designate, you'll support stores across the Bristol area, gaining exposure to different teams, challenges and opportunities while building towards your first Store Manager position.
What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day leadership of stores across the Bristol area
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable customer experiences
- Lead from the front, coaching and developing colleagues to achieve their best
- Support commercial performance through strong people leadership and operational excellence
- Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders across multiple locations
- Take ownership of key priorities and confidently step into leadership responsibilities
- Develop the skills, knowledge and experience required to progress into a Store Manager role
- Adapt quickly to different stores and support teams through change and growth

What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Assistant Store Manager or equivalent leadership role
- Background in retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment
- Ambition to develop into a Store Manager and build a long-term leadership career
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple locations
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to build relationships quickly
- Positive, proactive and eager to learn
- Full flexibility to travel across the Bristol area to support different stores
- Optics experience is not required – we'll support you to learn everything you need
