BrandArt Ltd design, print and supply branded merchandise for visitor attractions across the UK.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-focused Warehouse & Packing Operative to join our Welshpool team. This is a hands-on role offering variety and the opportunity to learn all aspects of our site operations.
You’ll work across our warehouse with a focus on packing & labelling customer orders, as well as supporting with general warehouse and housekeeping tasks. The role involves rotating between different activities to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse and to build flexibility and resilience across the team. The role's main focus is goods out - particularly packing, labelling and despatch.
Responsibilities
- Provide flexible support across warehouse activities in line with business needs
- Rotate between tasks to maintain workflow during busy periods, absences, or training
- Learn new processes quickly to support smooth day-to-day operations across the site
Goods Out
- Pick customer orders accurately from stock
- Pack orders to a high standard, ensuring items are packed securely and appropriately for transit
- Select correct packaging materials and methods for different product types
- Label orders correctly, including printing and applying dispatch labels
- Prepare and organise orders ready for courier pickup
- Load vehicles safely and assist with dispatch scheduling as needed
- Use warehouse systems to update stock records and confirm dispatch
- Keep the packing and dispatch area organised, clean, and well-stocked with materials
Goods In
- Receive, check, and store deliveries accurately
- Log goods in and update stock records
- Report any discrepancies or damaged stock promptly
General Site Support (as needed)
- Provide light, general support to other departments during peak periods, absences, or as workload requires
- Learn key processes such as order handling and dispatch coordination
- Assist with delivery paperwork, supply ordering, and day-to-day communication between the Welshpool site and BrandArt HQ

- Proactive approach to safety, tidiness, and problem-solving
