Full job description

Greenhous DAF in Willenhall is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service and Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and thriving commercial vehicle dealership.

As part of our busy service department, you will play a key role in ensuring all warranty and service administration tasks are handled efficiently and accurately, helping to maintain the high standards of customer care we’re known for.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, i.e. 37.5 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid).

Salary: £24,784.50 per annum

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Analysing, processing workshop job cards and invoicing.
General administrative duties.
Communicate with customers and obtain final order numbers.
Process and input DAF warranty and contract claims via DCE.
Input costs on customers own portals.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

Ideally, we are looking for:

Strong administration experience - previous service admin experience desirable but not essential.
Excellent customer service skills.
Organised and good attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly.
Able to work under own initiative.
Previous experience using invoicing systems.
