Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-focused E-Commerce Listing Assistant to support the creation and management of product listings, primarily on Amazon.
This role is best suited to someone who enjoys structured, task-based work involving accuracy, consistency, and organisation. The focus is on maintaining high-quality listings through correct formatting, keyword usage, and data accuracy.
We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants (between 20 - 37.5 hours) and are happy to consider flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and uploading product listings to Amazon and other online platforms
- Using AI tools to assist with drafting and refining product listings (within structured guidelines)
- Writing clear, keyword-focused product descriptions (SEO-driven)
- Uploading and organising product images in line with platform requirements
- Ensuring listings are correctly formatted, accurate, and visually consistent
- Maintaining and updating product information as needed
- Working with structured data across multiple similar listings
- Working with Google Sheets to manage product data, keywords, and listing information
- Occasionally assisting with social media tasks
- Supporting general website updates when required
Skills required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets (basic formulas beneficial but not essential)
- Good written communication skills
- Comfortable working with data
- An organised approach with the ability to manage multiple listings
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- A positive attitude and reliability
