Office Junior & Sales Assistant

Location: Bolton, UK

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and hardworking Office Junior & Sales Assistant to join our busy used car sales team in Bolton.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within the motor trade. No previous experience is essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Main Duties:

General office administration and filing
Answering telephone calls and greeting customers
Assisting the sales team with daily tasks
Preparing vehicle paperwork and documentation
Driving vehicles between sites and to appointments when required
Accompanying and assisting with customer test drives
Keeping the showroom and office organised and presentable
Updating vehicle information and assisting with online adverts
Any other general duties required to support the smooth running of the business

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (essential)
Good communication and customer service skills
Organised, reliable, and punctual
Ability to work as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours:

5 days per week
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (4 weekdays)
Saturday: 10:30am – 4:00pm
One weekday off each week.

Salary:

Starting salary: National Minimum Wage (depending on age and eligibility).
