Full job description

Are you looking for a new challenge, where no two days are the same? Then why not join the Blue Elephant Herd and become a Senior Support Worker in Children's residential home.

We are currently seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, caring and inspiring Senior Support Workers for our Bideford-based homes. We are looking for individuals who bring energy, positivity and a genuine passion for supporting children to thrive. The ideal candidate will be upbeat, engaging and able to create a fun, nurturing environment where younger children feel safe, encouraged and empowered.

We offer competitive rates of pay:

Based on a 40hr per week contract:

Senior Support Worker £33,945.60pa

The above excludes sleep in allowance of £60 per sleep in and Senior on-call rate of £52.50-£89.25.

We also offer 35 contracts.
