Kitchen Porter – Mondays & Tuesdays Only

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and switched-on Kitchen Porter to join our lovely team at Trio Italian.
We’re a busy restaurant and at peak times the kitchen can get very fast-paced, so we need someone who can keep up, stay organised and be on it during service.
Pot washing will be a big part of the role, but we’re looking for an all-round extra pair of hands in the kitchen. You’ll also help with cleaning, basic kitchen prep and supporting our chefs wherever needed.
The role includes:
- Keeping on top of pot washing throughout service
- Keeping the kitchen and pot wash areas clean and organised
- General cleaning and deep-cleaning tasks
- Helping our chefs with basic kitchen and food prep
- Cleaning equipment, surfaces and floors
- Putting away deliveries and stock when required
- Supporting the chefs during busy services
- Helping with the full kitchen clean-down
- Seeing what needs doing and getting on with it
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Fast, reliable and hardworking
- Proactive and able to use their initiative
- Happy to get stuck into pot wash, prep and cleaning
- Able to work at a good pace when the kitchen gets busy
- Clean, organised and efficient
- A good team player
- Comfortable with a physical, hands-on role
- Previous kitchen experience is a bonus, but not essential
