Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Skilled Laborer to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our operations and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Perform various manual labour tasks as directed by supervisors or project leads.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of structures or equipment.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or safety to management promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in a skilled labour role is essential.
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is essentia.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or plans is beneficial.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
