Job Vacancy

We are currently hiring for a Self-Employed Logistic Operative based at the JDT Wessex Operation in Sturminster Marshall, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities

In this self-employed contractor role, you will provide logistics and delivery support services to the Wessex operation.

Your tasks will include selecting, preparing, and loading materials for various sites.
You will also oversee stores, equipment, and plant movement and management.
It is crucial that you understand and comply with health and safety regulations relating to the delivery and moving of equipment.
You will be expected to handle vehicle upkeep, complete daily checks, and ensure you are driving in a safe manner at all times.
Furthermore, you will offer Gas Team support and assist with plant coordination.

Requirements

A full UK Driving Licence is essential for this position.
Candidates must have proven self-employed contractor experience.
You should possess an understanding of safe manual handling and have a solid knowledge of transportation regulations.
We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, highly organised, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
