The Role:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join our skilled engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setting, programming, and running of CNC lathes, ensuring the efficient production of precision components to tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting, operating, and programming CNC lathes with live tooling and twin spindles
- Working with Fanuc controls
- Producing high-precision components for aerospace and automotive applications
- Interpreting engineering drawings and maintaining quality standards
- Ensuring tooling is used and maintained correctly
- Working to production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Desirable Experience:
- Citizen sliding head experience would be highly beneficial
- Strong tooling knowledge and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
