We are seeking an exceptional Head of FM Key Accounts to lead and develop a portfolio of high-value strategic customers within our Hygiene Commercial division.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving growth, retention, and profitability across key market sectors while leading a high-performing team of account management professionals. You will build trusted partnerships with customers, develop innovative growth strategies, and ensure an outstanding customer experience that delivers long-term value for both our customers and the business.
As a strategic leader, you will work collaboratively across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service functions to create a joined-up approach that supports sustainable growth and strengthens our position within the market.
The Head of FM Key Accounts role at phs will involve:
- Leading and developing a team of FM Key and Senior Account Managers to deliver outstanding results.
- Growing, retaining, and maximising revenue across a portfolio of strategic FM customer accounts.
- Building and delivering strategic account plans that support customer and business objectives.
- Driving sales excellence, customer engagement, and continuous improvement across the function.
- Collaborating with key internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate for a Head of FM Key Accounts at phs will have:
- Proven success in a senior sales or account management leadership role.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales or account management teams.
- A strong track record of growing and retaining large strategic FM customer accounts.
- Experience working within a B2B services or consumables environment.
- Strong commercial, financial, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability.
- Experience managing complex customer relationships and buying cycles.
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Desirable:
- Experience managing framework or national accounts.
- Experience leading change and transformation initiatives.
