Full job description

We are seeking a brilliant Spa Therapist for our beauty and wellbeing suite within The Spa Hotel.

We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If you are Caci and or Environ trained that would be hugely advantageous. We are looking for a part & Full time position

You must be level 2 & 3 qualified and love what you do.

Whether you're looking for part time or full time, the days and hours of work can be flexible for the right person but will require weekend and evening work (up to 8pm Mon-Thurs) shifts on a rota basis.

In return you will enjoy a supportive team environment, in house training at our training academy, discounted products, and free meals during your working day within the hotel.

Responsibilities

Deliver a variety of spa treatments in a safe and comfortable manner
Keep documentation and maintain clients files
Keep a clean and stocked room
Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Beauty/Spa Therapist
Hands on experience in all or most treatments
Experience in sales will be considered an asset
Communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude
