Head of Operations

As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping operational strategy, enhancing service delivery, and creating a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all operational functions, ensuring exceptional service delivery, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that support business objectives and sustainable growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, performance, and customer outcomes.
- Maintain and monitor KPIs, ensuring operational targets and service standards are consistently achieved.
- Review, develop, and implement policies, processes, and best practices to support operational excellence.
- Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and talent development across the organisation.
- Build, coach, and inspire high performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.
- Manage resources effectively to optimise operational performance and profitability.
- Lead change initiatives and business transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and board-level colleagues.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging opportunities, and operational innovations.

You are an experienced operational leader with a proven track record of managing large teams and delivering exceptional results. You bring strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance day-to-day operational demands with long-term business objectives.

Package
- Salary negotiable dependent upon experience
- 37.5 Hours Mon-Fri
- Hybrid working, after successful completion of the probation period
- 5% Pension scheme
- 25 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays
