Are you an organised and enthusiastic office junior/administrator, looking to progress to junior legal secretary?

Here at Property Management Legal Services Limited, we are on the hunt for talented individuals to join our dynamic, forward-thinking team.

About you

You will be passionate, punctual, articulate and have a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Providing support to other secretaries/ fee earners as required

· Preparing mail and enclosures for despatch, including assisting with preparation of bundles.

· Sorting and scanning daily post

· Typing documents quickly and accurately

· Filing documents accurately and promptly

· Making outgoing calls to clients and others as and when necessary
