About The Role

Join Our Caring Community at Beauchamp House!

Role: Weekend Administrator / Receptionist

Location: Beauchamp House, Village Road, Hatch Beauchamp, Taunton, TA3 6SG

Pay: £12.85 per hour

Hours: 14 hours per week

Shifts: Saturday and Sunday 9:00 - 16:30

Come and join our team at Beauchamp house, our beautiful care home located in Hatch Beauchamp, on the outskirts of Taunton.

You’ll be able to support our residents in a safe and caring environment where they can live their lives as if in the comfort of their own home.

What you will be doing:

First point of contact reception duties – dealing with both calls and visitors to the home, including family members and external medical professionals
Conducting morning and afternoon welfare checks on our residents.
Dealing with external suppliers regarding quotes, deliveries and invoices/statements.
Providing invoices for payment to our Head Office finance team
Support the Home Manager with recruitment admin – ensuring correct candidate documents are obtained, references are sought and DBS checks are submitted

Who we are looking for:

Current experience in an administration role
Computer literate including Microsoft Office – Word & Excel
Well organised and with the ability to prioritise.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
