We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering closely with our in-house Social and Creative teams, your focus will be on growing awareness and engagement across our organic social media channels, with a strong emphasis on YouTube, Instagram and secondary focus on TikTok. In this role, you will combine your passion for social-first storytelling with your ability to independently create engaging, high-performing content that resonates with our audience and furthers our message of sexual happiness.

What you will do

Lead the strategy and day-to-day management of our social channels, primarily YouTube and Instagram, with additional support for TikTok.
Plan, create, film, edit, schedule, and publish high-quality social content, including Reels, carousels, stories, and short-form videos.
Bring the brand to life through confident, on-camera content, sharp captions, reactive storytelling, product launches, campaigns, and partnerships.
Develop bold, social-first ideas while staying ahead of platform updates, cultural trends, emerging formats, and competitor activity.
Build meaningful community engagement across comments, DMs, and mentions, and use performance data to provide clear insights and recommendations.

What you should bring

3+ years’ experience in social media at agencies or a similar in-house role.
In-depth understanding of social media channels and how they contribute to wider business objectives.
Strong understanding of channel analytics.
Maintain a high level of independence and responsibility for achieving results.
Possess the love of content marketing and finding new unexpected ways to organically tell the story of the brand/product.
Native or Fluent level of English, excellent communications skills (written and verbal) including presentation and speaking skills.
Occasional national and international travel may be required.
