The Junior Partnerships Manager will support the Partnerships Director in managing day to day partner relationships, taking ownership of smaller partner relationships, and ensuring all partner interactions are tracked accurately and consistently across systems. This role is a critical support layer and will help rebuild capacity within the team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants real ownership from day one, sitting alongside the Director of Partnerships across the full partner base rather than watching from the sidelines. It will suit someone who is autonomous, precise and communicative, and who wants to build genuine partnership skills in a small, remote team where trust is earned quickly and support is always close at hand. Beyond the role itself, you would be helping to build the partnerships that let us make a real difference to the people who rely on social care every day.
- Partner Relationship Management: Sit alongside all partner accounts with the Director of Partnerships, supporting relationship management across the full partner base. This role does not involve selling channel solutions; the focus is on relationship support, documentation, and process discipline, not deal origination or closing. Act as first point of contact for partner queries, escalating strategic or high value requests to the Director of Partnerships. Support onboarding and sourcing of new partners.
- Documentation & CRM Hygiene: Log every partner interaction (calls, requests, introductions, intelligence shared). Maintain clean, accurate HubSpot records. Support pipeline reporting by ensuring partner sourced and influenced deals are tagged and stage weighted correctly.
- Cross Team Collaboration: Work closely with the BDM function (large and strategic accounts) to ensure smooth handover of partner sourced leads. Support the Channel Sales BDM where partner and prospect pipelines intersect.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years' experience in a partnerships, account management, or business development support role.
- CRM Systems: Comfortable working in CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Communication: Strong written communication skills; this role requires precise, consistent documentation.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and process discipline, particularly around sensitive partner requests.
- Judgement: Able to recognise when to escalate rather than act independently.
