About Technica Ltd
Technica is an independent engineering and construction company solving complex challenges for the UK and international energy sectors. We deliver turnkey, multi-disciplinary projects - from design through to build - with control, confidence and care.
Our Why: "Technica believe in long-term relationships. We want our clients to have total trust that we’ll deliver excellence in our solutions to their engineering problems."
Technica is in an exciting phase of growth, driven by an ambitious five-year strategy that will see us continue to expand, evolve and strengthen our role in the energy transition. It’s an exciting time to join a business where you can grow your career, make a real impact and help shape the future alongside a supportive and experienced team.
Why this role matters
Great people are at the heart of a growing business - and a well-managed recruitment journey helps us find them, welcome them and set them up for success.
As Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll keep our end-to-end recruitment process moving from vacancy approval and advertising through to pre-employment checks and onboarding. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, making sure every interaction is timely, professional and well organised.
Previous hands-on recruitment experience is essential for this role. You’ll need to understand what it takes to keep multiple vacancies moving and be ready to contribute from day one. Your attention to detail, judgement and communication skills will directly shape the candidate experience. You’ll also support recruitment reporting, employer branding and selected people processes, working closely with the Head of People as Technica continues to grow.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Already has proven, hands-on recruitment experience. This is an essential requirement, as you’ll be expected to bring structure, care and momentum to a busy recruitment process while building positive relationships with candidates and colleagues.
You’ll be comfortable balancing multiple vacancies and deadlines, keeping accurate records and taking ownership of the details that make recruitment and onboarding run smoothly. You’ll know when to resolve a query yourself and when to escalate a more complex people matter.
You must already have direct experience working in recruitment and be confident supporting vacancies from advertising and screening through to interviews, offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding. General administration experience alone will not be sufficient. This role offers the opportunity to build on your recruitment experience and broaden your impact in a supportive, growing engineering business.
