Overview

Join our dynamic construction team as a full-time CSCS Labourer and be a vital part of building projects that make a difference! Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including clearing and organizing materials to ensure smooth workflow
Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, materials, and equipment safely around the site
Help with loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring materials are stored securely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by tidying up debris and adhering to safety protocols
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
Conduct routine safety checks and report any hazards or concerns immediately
Support site logistics by assisting with fencing, signage, and securing the work area as needed

Skills

Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card demonstrating health and safety awareness on construction sites
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and collaboration
Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues promptly
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
Basic knowledge of construction site safety practices is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
