Full job description

Overview

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the QA Team Leader oversees the supervision, planning and organisation for the OQC team ensuring adequate resources are available to fulfil customer orders. Supporting the quality system to ensure compliance to standards and customer requirements. Supporting the Quality Manager on various aspects of the quality system to support the effective running of the department.

Responsibilities

Supervise the OQC team (6-7 team members)
Planning and organisation of resources – allocate duties and ensure adequacy of equipment/documentation
Monitor and report output
Review and report product inventory / WIP status daily
Packing and labelling product for shipment
Support directly where appropriate OQC and IQC activities
Print job/works orders and documentation

Experience

Previous supervisory / team leading experience
Experience in quality control
Excellent verbal and written communication
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a controlled and calm manner, effectively and efficiently
Strong team player, both within department and with other department peers yet capable of independent and creative thinking
Experience in following ISO2001:2015 standards
Strong computer skills (including excel and word)

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4pm
Friday 7.30am-1.30pm

Salary:

TBA dependent on experience
