Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Business Administrator to join our team in Hull. This role is vital in supporting our operational efficiency and ensuring seamless communication within the company. If you excel at organization and have a passion for technology, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative tasks to support the company's operations.
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Sage.
Handle correspondence via phone and email with professionalism.
Organize schedules, meetings, and company files efficiently.
Assist in data entry and clerical duties to ensure smooth workflow.
Support team members with organizational needs and office logistics.
Contribute to maintaining a productive and positive office environment.
Bank reconciliation
Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration or related fields.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately.
Knowledge of Sage is a plus.
Previous experience in IT or telecoms maintenance companies is advantageous but not essential.
