Trainee Sales Executive
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Salary & Commission
· £25,000 basic salary
· On-Target Earnings (OTE): £35,000 per annum, including basic salary and commission
· Uncapped performance-based bonuses

You don't need previous sales experience to succeed with us. We're looking for enthusiastic, confident and ambitious individuals with the right attitude and a willingness to learn. You'll work directly alongside our Commercial Director, receiving hands-on training in business development, consultative selling and client relationship management while building a long-term career.
What You'll Be Doing
· Speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers across the UK.
· Learning how to identify new business opportunities.
· Building confidence and professionalism on the telephone.
· Arranging qualified meetings for the Commercial Director.
· Attending client meetings as your experience develops.
· Maintaining accurate records using our CRM system.
· Working towards agreed activity and development goals.
About You
No previous sales experience is required. We're looking for people who are:

Training & Development
From your first day you'll receive structured training and ongoing coaching from our Commercial Director. You'll learn professional telephone techniques, consultative sales skills, CRM best practice and how to build long-term client relationships. As your confidence grows, you'll attend customer meetings and develop towards a Business Development Executive role.
