About Us

Looking for a role where you’re out on the road, trusted to get the job done, and part of a team that actually pulls together?

We’re a fast-growing wholesaler in the air conditioning & refrigeration industry, known for being reliable, easy to deal with, and getting things done properly.

As we grow, we’re looking for a driver who takes pride in their work and delivers a great experience for our customers.

The Role

This is not just a “drive from A to B” job.

You’ll be the face of the business on-site — delivering products across the UK, building relationships with customers, and making sure deliveries are completed on time, every time.

Early starts are part of the role (e.g. being in London for 6am deliveries when required)
Some days may involve two delivery runs, depending on workload

Key Responsibilities

Deliver products to customer sites across the UK
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Complete deliveries within scheduled timeframes
Load and unload vans safely and efficiently
Support warehouse team when required
Ensure vehicle is kept clean, organised, and roadworthy (through daily van checks)

What We’re Looking For

Full UK driving licence
Positive, can-do attitude
Must meet our vehicle insurance requirements (currently limited to drivers aged 30+)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable and able to handle early starts
Hard-working and willing to go the extra mile
Team player who supports others when needed
Someone who takes real pride in customer satisfaction
Comfortable with a physically active role
Comfortable using delivery tracking system and basic apps (training will be provided)

What You’ll Get

£12.71 per hour
20 days holiday per year
Overtime available (paid at single rate)
No weekend working
