Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Arborist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and caring for trees, shrubs, and other landscape features, ensuring safety and aesthetic appeal across various sites.
Responsibilities
- Pruning, trimming, and shaping trees and shrubs using hand tools and power tools to maintain safety and visual appeal.
- Operating machinery such as woodchippers, stump grinders.
- Performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Arboriculture.
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to operating machinery.
- Proficiency with hand tools used in gardening and tree care.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labour.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks undertaken.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in arboriculture.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
