As a Tech n Vape employee, you don't work for the business, you work with the business.
Tech Responsibilities
You must be self-aware of how a simple gadget such as a phone, is taken apart. You do not need to have years and years of experience in this area, but a person who is patient and willing to learn, would be a great asset to the team as there is extensive training available. Experience however, will be rewarded. Other responsibilities include:
- Must be able and confident with level 2 / level 3 tech repairs.
- Consistently ensure that the efficiency and quality of each repair processed, is to an extremely high standard.
- Be able to manage expectations of customers via thorough communication.
- Organise and communicate to assure orders are kept updated and customers receive excellent customer service.
- Up-sell accessories and products to hit store targets.
Vape Responsibilities
Candidate should have knowledge on vaping in general, RDA/rebuildable knowledge would be a bonus. The candidate should have the ability to monitor trends and be able to help bring in new products to help keep things fresh. Other responsibilities include:
- Providing new and regular customers with the highest quality and most diverse range of e-cigarette and e-liquid products.
- Developing product knowledge and commiting to deliver targets.
- Keeping records of stock and stock ordering to maximise efficiency.
- At times, carrying out supervisory roles.
- Promoting the store and product launches to reach a wider customer base.
- Involved in marketing activities such as leafleting and marquee events.

- Communication Skills: Speaks clearly, calmly and persuasively, in both positive and negative situations. Calmness is a virtue.
- Dependability: You are consistently at work and on time, follows instructions but also has opinions of their own to improve performance.
- Be able to use your own initiative to enable the smooth operation on the shop floor, being able to keep it clean and tidy.
- Operating the tills EPOS system, and handling cash and card transactions and accurately opening and closing the tills.
