Join Our Kitchen Team

The Briery Hotel is looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our friendly and professional kitchen team.

If you have experience working with fresh food, enjoy producing high-quality dishes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Run your own kitchen section during service.
Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality dishes.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
Assist with stock rotation and food preparation.
Work as part of a motivated and supportive team.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
Passion for fresh, quality food.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred).
