Marketing & Growth Coordinator
Remote (monthly visit to Wild Spa Wowo required TN22 3QT)
10 hours per week (2 hours/day, Monday–Friday)
£18 per hour

Wild Spa Wowo is a woodland sauna, retreat and wellbeing venue offering public sauna sessions, private hire, specialist training and seasonal events. We're looking for an organised, creative and commercially minded marketer to help increase bookings, strengthen customer engagement and deliver year-round marketing campaigns to start as soon as possible.
Working primarily remotely, you'll take ownership of our inbound marketing, planning and delivering campaigns from concept through to completion.
You'll use HubSpot (or similar CRM) to manage customer journeys, email marketing, campaign activity and reporting. A monthly visit to Wild Spa Wowo is essential to stay connected with the business, guest experience and seasonal activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver year-round marketing campaigns
- Create email newsletters and automated customer journeys
- Support social media content and campaign messaging
- Manage marketing activity using HubSpot or similar CRM
- Maintain an annual marketing calendar
- Identify opportunities to increase bookings and repeat visits
- Produce a monthly marketing performance report with recommendations
- Work independently to drive ongoing marketing activity
About You
You'll have:
- Experience in inbound marketing and campaign management
- Strong HubSpot (or similar CRM) experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with email marketing and social media including content creation and copywriting
- A proactive, self-managing approachExperience within hospitality, wellness or leisure would be an advantage.
