Full job description

Job Overview:

Junior Football Coach

The Football Fun Factory are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Football Coach to join our coaching team and contribute to the growth and success of our football programs.

As an Assistant Football Coach, you will work closely with the Head Coach to develop the abilities and social elements of children age 5-12.

Responsibilities:

Assist in running practice sessions aimed at improving players’ skills within a fun and engaging environment.
Collaborate with the coaching staff to analyze game effectiveness and contribute to the development of strategies.
Help maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed during practices and games.

Qualifications:

* Level 1 / Playmaker.

* DBS.

* Safeguarding.

* 1st aid in football.

Previous experience in sports coaching or playing football
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, coaching staff, and parents.
A positive and motivational attitude, with the ability to inspire children.
Willingness to work flexible evenings, during the term times.
