We are currently offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a property maintenance coordinator based in Reigate.
We are driven to set the standard for reliability in nationwide property maintenance and are looking for someone that shares our passion for reliability and customer service excellence.
Full training will be provided and no previous experience as a property maintenance Coordinator is required, however problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.

We are leaders in our field looking after large portfolios of properties, both vacant and tenanted throughout the UK.
The Role:
To coordinate and manage maintenance requests on vacant and tenanted properties, organising our nationwide panel of skilled contractors to attend and carry out necessary repairs nationwide. Liaising with clients, tenants and contractors via email and telephone.
You will be responsible for preparing quotes, processing reports, photos, invoices, inspections and working to deadlines to ensure our clients receive a high level of service.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, managing a high level of phone calls with the ability to multi task – no two days are the same. You will have a hands-on approach and can-do attitude, working within a great team.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (9am - 5.30pm)
- Fully office based
Pay: £21,158.00-£24,785.00 per year
