Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee cleaning operations across Wellingborough and Kettering sites, use of a company vehicle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleaning standards are unheld, exceptional customer service, and leading a team to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to foster a positive work environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily cleaning operations across assigned locations, ensuring adherence to specification.
Drive customer satisfaction by implementing effective service and addressing customer concerns promptly.
Lead, train, and develop cleaning operatives to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to achieve targets.
Conduct regular site visits to assess operational efficiency and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with senior management to grow and improve the area.
Maintain accurate records of operational activities and prepare reports for management review.
Perform thorough cover cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
You will have full support from head office with the operations manager ensuring daily tasks are scheduled until you're up and running.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities maintenance role is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Excellent customer service skills are essential to ensure client satisfaction and build positive relationships.
Proficient in using technology for reporting and communication purposes.
A valid driving licence is required for travel between job sites.
