We have plenty of professional training and development in other business areas, as well as the support of experienced Opticians and Technicians supporting you on your journey. Our store

Specsavers Rustington is a customer-focused opticians providing professional eye-care and hearing services to the local community. The store offers eye examinations, sight tests, contact lens consultations and fittings, as well as the dispensing and fitting of glasses and sunglasses. The team also provides hearing tests and hearing-care services, delivering professional clinical care alongside friendly, personalised customer service to meet each customer’s individual needs.

The Rustington team is a close‑knit, friendly, and highly skilled group of optical and retail professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service to every customer. With experienced Optometrists, dedicated Dispensing professionals, and a supportive retail team, the store offers a collaborative environment where everyone works together to provide the best possible care. Colleagues are encouraged to grow, learn, and share their strengths, creating a positive atmosphere where new team members feel welcomed from day one. It’s a place where teamwork genuinely thrives, and where you’ll be supported to reach your full potential.
