OPERATIONS SUPPORT & CLEANING TECHNICIAN (GUARANTEED HOURS)

Based in Yate, Chipping Sodbury & surrounding areas

Good rate of pay Guaranteed 16 hours per week. Additional hours available. Full training and uniform provided. Full UK Driving Licence Essential.

About Us

Polish Clean Ltd is an award-winning cleaning company providing services to commercial clients, holiday lets, residential properties, nurseries, schools and businesses across South Gloucestershire. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable, flexible and motivated individual to join our team in a varied and rewarding support role. This is not just a cleaning position. You will play an important role in helping us maintain the high standards our clients expect by providing operational support across different areas of the business.

About the Role!

This role has been created to support the day-to-day operations of the company, helping to cover holidays, sickness, new contract launches, staff training and business growth. Whilst many shifts will take place during afternoon and evening hours, flexibility to work morning shifts when required is essential. This ensures we can continue to provide excellent service across all contracts and maintain guaranteed working hours. No two weeks are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being part of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities!

-Cleaning commercial, residential and holiday let properties.

-Covering holidays, sickness and emergency absences

-Supporting new site start-ups and contract launches

-Assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members

-Carrying out quality checks and site inspections

-Delivering stock and cleaning supplies to sites

-Supporting Team Leaders and Management with operational tasks

-Assisting with holiday let changeovers when required

-Helping maintain exceptional standards across all locations

-Providing general operational support as required

-Duties include, but are not limited to, the above and may vary depending on business needs.

What We are Looking For!

-Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

-Reliable, punctual and trustworthy

-Excellent attention to detail

-Positive attitude and strong work ethic

-Ability to work independently and use initiative

-Good communication skills

-Flexible approach to working hours and locations

-Comfortable working across different sites and environments

-Willingness to support and assist colleagues when needed

-Previous cleaning experience is essential
