Regional Organisational Development Partner

Croda is running a 2-year transformation programme to deliver £200m growth and efficiency benefits, which is highly complex, global and touches nearly all parts of the organisation. We’re looking for a Regional OD Partner to partner with leaders across the region to build capability, increase readiness, drive behavioural adoption and embed transformation activity. This role will help ensure leaders and employees are equipped, engaged and ready to adopt change through structured capability building, leadership coaching and change network enablement.
Who We’re Looking For:
- An experienced OD, change, learning or transformation professional who can build leadership confidence and organisational readiness through practical capability building.

A credible coach and facilitator, comfortable supporting leaders and managers to lead change, prepare their teams and embed new ways of working.

Someone who can identify regional capability gaps, translate transformation priorities into pragmatic action plans and support readiness ahead of key releases and milestones.

A collaborative partner who can work effectively with regional leaders, HRDs, initiative leads, the central team and Regional Change & Comms colleagues.

A strong communicator who can engage change champions, facilitate network meetings and escalate adoption insights, risks and resistance themes constructively.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coach leaders and managers on leading change and adoption within their teams.

Deliver Leading Through Change workshops, Change Chats and practical support to help leaders use available resources to drive adoption and embed change.

Facilitate leadership conversations, role-play sessions and change rehearsal activities, including the development of leader action plans linked to key transformation milestones.

Develop and maintain Regional Change Capability Plans aligned to transformation priorities, identifying capability gaps that may impact readiness or adoption.

Deliver Change Chats, workshops, learning interventions, toolkits, leadership resources and enablement materials to increase regional change capability and reduce reliance on central support or external consultants.

Support the implementation of Central Business Readiness Assessments across impacted functions and teams in the region.

Identify and escalate organisational readiness gaps, adoption risks and resistance themes, supporting leaders to address these through clear readiness action plans.

Support regional readiness planning ahead of key releases and transformation milestones.

Provide L&D guidance and input for regional transformation initiatives, aligning transformational training activities with Croda platforms and ways of working.

Co-lead Regional Change Networks with the Regional Change & Comms Lead, supporting the recruitment, onboarding and development of network members in line with the central approach.

Facilitate network meetings and capability sessions, providing coaching and support to change champions.
Additional Information
- This is a regional role within the OCM Team, working closely with Regional Change & Comms Leads to ensure transformation is both delivered and sustainably embedded.
- The role partners with HRDs, initiative leads, regional leaders and the central team to provide behavioural adoption, capability building, readiness and change network support.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring leaders and employees are ready, willing and able to adopt change across the region.
