Our store

Located on Bute Street in the heart of the Rhondda Valley, Specsavers Treorchy is a busy and well-established community-focused store, dedicated to providing exceptional eye and hearing care to customers across the local area. The store prides itself on delivering outstanding customer service through a friendly, supportive, and professional team environment. Serving a loyal customer base, Treorchy offers a varied and rewarding workplace where colleagues have the opportunity to make a real difference to customers' lives while developing their skills and careers within one of the UK's leading optical and audiology providers. Conveniently situated within Treorchy's town centre, the store benefits from excellent public transport links, with Treorchy railway station just a short walk away and regular local bus services serving the surrounding Rhondda communities, making it easily accessible.

At Specsavers Treorchy, you'll be joining a dedicated, welcoming, and highly experienced team that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer care. Colleagues work collaboratively across optical and audiology services, creating a supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to contribute, learn, and develop. The team takes pride in building strong relationships with customers and the local community, ensuring every customer receives a professional, personalised experience. Whether you're new to optics or an experienced professional, you'll be supported by knowledgeable colleagues and leaders who are committed to helping you grow your confidence, skills, and career within the business. Full Time - 37.5 hours per week, to include working a weekend day each week
