About the Team
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimise TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities
- Market Insights (NL & EU Emerging Markets): Conduct research on the Dutch and wider European emerging markets to extract user and industry insights that inform campaign strategy.
- Campaign Design & Execution: Support the design and implementation of live streaming campaigns, including mechanics, rewards, and creator engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign data and performance metrics, generate reports, and provide feedback for optimisation.
- Gameplay Validation: Assist in testing and validating effective gameplay designs to enhance campaign impact and user engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them in practice.
- A good sense of design and visual aesthetics, with interest in creative campaign execution.
- Analytical and logical thinking skills, with basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams and cultures.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Able to manage tasks independently with guidance, prioritise effectively, and contribute ideas in a fast-paced environment.
