About the Role
This isn't your typical Executive Assistant role.
As a Zembr Executive Assistant, you'll become a trusted extension of your clients' businesses, supporting multiple entrepreneurs and senior leaders across a variety of industries.
You'll manage competing priorities, build strong client relationships, attend regular video meetings and help keep busy businesses running smoothly.
This is a highly client-facing position that requires exceptional organisation, professionalism and communication. You'll work in a fully remote environment where technology, collaboration and adaptability are key to your success.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client portfolios while delivering exceptional service.
- Manage and organise client inboxes and calendars.
- Respond professionally to emails, phone calls and client enquiries.
- Attend regular client meetings via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication.
- Keep clients and their teams accountable by following up on actions and priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas and distribute accurate meeting minutes.
- Create reports, presentations and business documents.
- Conduct online research and gather information for clients.
- Liaise with executives, employees, suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Learn and confidently use a variety of client software platforms.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and deliver better outcomes for clients.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
- Prioritise competing deadlines across multiple clients while maintaining accuracy.
- Consistently meet internal KPIs and client service expectations.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Technology & AI
