Full-Time Qualified Joiner / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

Evolution Maintenance Services Ltd is a well-established, family-run property maintenance company based in Aberdeen. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a fully qualified Joiner to join our friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety, and wants to be part of a company that genuinely values its staff.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our maintenance team, you'll carry out a wide range of joinery and general property maintenance work across domestic and commercial properties, including:

All aspects of first and second fix joinery
Kitchen and bathroom repairs
Internal and external door repairs and replacements
Flooring, skirting and facings
General property maintenance and handyman tasks
Minor repairs across various trades where required
Working independently and as part of a team
Providing excellent customer service to clients and tenants

What We're Looking For

Fully qualified Joiner (essential)
Experience in general property maintenance and handyman work
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work to a high standard with minimal supervision
A positive attitude and willingness to help the team

What We Offer

£18.00 per hour during your 3-month probation period
£20.00 per hour after successfully passing your probation
35+ hours per week
Monday to Friday working – enjoy your weekends off
